Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using HOA Courts (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
HOA Courts lets homeowners associations manage shared tennis and pickleball courts: residents book time slots, and association admins configure courts, approve members, and set booking rules. We provide the software — the courts themselves, their condition, and any on-site rules are managed by your HOA, not us.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Access to a specific HOA's courts requires that HOA's admin to approve your membership request — we don't control or guarantee approval decisions.
4. Bookings and conduct
Use bookings in good faith — don't book slots you don't intend to use, and follow your HOA's own rules for court use. We may cancel a booking or suspend an account that abuses the booking system.
5. Printed sign orders and payment
Association admins may purchase printed court signs through the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party print vendor — contact us through the contact form for order issues.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from actual court use — that's between you and your HOA. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for most residents is $0).
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
