Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Account info you provide directly: name, email, password (stored as a bcrypt hash, never in plain text), and an optional phone number. Booking and membership data: which HOA(s) you belong to, your role, and your court bookings. If an admin orders printed court signs, we collect a shipping address for that order.
How we use it
To run the Service: authenticate you, route membership approval requests to your HOA's admins, show your bookings, and email you things like verification links, approval decisions, and order receipts. We don't sell your data.
Third parties we use
Stripe processes sign-order payments (we don't see or store your card number). AWS Simple Email Service sends our transactional emails. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps us block automated abuse on public forms — it may collect device/browser signals per Google's own privacy policy. The Service itself runs on Amazon Web Services.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small cookie to remember which HOA you're currently viewing if you belong to more than one. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account page — this removes you from every HOA you belong to and deletes your bookings immediately. We otherwise retain account data for as long as your account is active.
Children
The Service is intended for adult HOA residents and admins, not children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
