What is HOA Courts?
Software for homeowners associations to manage tennis and pickleball court bookings — residents book online, and admins approve members, configure courts, and set booking rules for their community.
How do I get access to my HOA's courts?
Create an account, then enter the join code your HOA admin shared with you. A resident admin approves your request before you can book — you'll get an email once you're approved.
How far in advance can I book a court?
Each HOA sets its own advance-booking window — commonly up to 7 days out. Check your association's page on the dashboard for the exact limit.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel any upcoming booking of your own from the dashboard. HOA admins can also cancel bookings on a resident's behalf.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
Can I change my email or password?
Yes — from your account page, once signed in.
What's the QR code / printed sign for?
Admins can generate a QR code linking straight to a court's booking page, and optionally order a printed weatherproof sign for on-site posting so residents can scan and book from the court itself.
How do I delete my account?
From your account page's "Danger zone" — this removes you from every HOA you belong to and deletes your bookings. It can't be undone.
